This release of QAZ has undergone a major overhaul of the command-line
options from version(s) 2.xx.
Hence, it is very important that users of earlier versions (especially
as an on-line viewer if you are a SysOp) read the manual for information
on which options are changed!
There were no dire bugs in the previous versions (v2.5x-2.6x) which re-
quire an immediate upgrade. It is best if you take some time to read
the documentation and upgrade afterwards when you know which options to
change.
